Edgar (“Topper”) W. Brick
Chairman
A nationally recognized expert in financial and retirement planning. His advice and viewpoints have been widely published in such publications as Employee Benefits New, Pharmaceutical Representative, and American Compensation Association Journal. Prior to creating Brick & Kyle Associates, Mr. Brick was a Senior Vice President with PaineWebber, Inc. where he managed 800 accounts with $60 million in assets. He graduated from Lafayette College with a B.A. degree in International Affairs.
He is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor. Throughout his career, he has developed a reputation as a dynamic and charismatic speaker, even with traditionally dry subjects like financial planning. He has presented over 500 employer-sponsored financial planning seminars for such companies as Bristol-Myers Squibb, GlaxoSmithKline, Rohm and Hass, BBDO/NY, SONY and Hershey Foods.
Andrew W. Brick
President & CEO
Andrew has been with the firm since 1996. He has presented numerous seminars for various Fortune 500 Companies including Bristol-Myers Squibb, GlaxoSmithKline, Hershey Foods, United Therapeutics, and Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP ), an Investment Advisor Representative and a Registered Representative (holding Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 security licenses). Prior to joining the company, Mr. Brick worked in the Mutual Fund Sales Division of Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management, a division of PaineWebber, Inc. He received his BA from Trinity College in 1993.
Betty D. Brick
Executive Vice President
Specializing in financial planning and portfolio management. She has been with the firm since 1992, participating in both individual financial planning as well as corporate financial education services. Mrs. Brick is an Investment Advisor Representative as well as a Registered Representative. Prior to joining Brick & Kyle Associates, Mrs. Brick lived in the Middle East for 14 years, working in various administrative and financial related positions. Mrs. Brick is a graduate of Alfred College, in Alfred, New York.
James D. Lewers
Vice President
James D. Lewers is a Vice President with Brick & Kyle Associates, Inc. He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP ) , Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant Designation (ChFC). Mr. Lewers is a Registered Representative (holding Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 securities licenses). He is insurance licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He specializes in financial planning, insurance counseling and investment management. Prior to joining Brick & Kyle Associates, Mr. Lewers worked for numerous financial institutions, including A.G. Edwards, Swiss Insurance Group and Continental Insurance. He received his B.S. in Economics from Fairfield University.
